Project Manager


The Project Manager position is a vital role within our rapidly growing IT business. It requires an ambitious and scrupulously organised individual to take personal responsibility for the creation and delivery of all project work.

The role will require you to work within the IT industry managing multiple projects that vary in size and complexity, and where the solutions may vary dependent upon the type of customer for which we are providing services. It will also provide you with an opportunity to build on your existing skills as well as to obtain practical experience of innovative IT solutions and services.

It’s a permanent, fulltime position based in Birmingham, with requirements to travel.

Essential requirements include:
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in project managing converged solutions involving involving innovative IT systems and solutions
• Experience of people management
• Microsoft Project experience
• Experience and understanding of working within an ITIL lead organisation
• Excellent understanding of Risk and Issue management with demonstrable practical experience
• Understanding of P&L as well as practical knowledge of sales and billing cycles/process

Qualifications:
• Professional Project Management qualifications such as APM or Prince 2 (Practitioner level)

Automation Engineer - Synaptek


The Automation Engineer position is available within our Digital Innovation Division, Synaptek. This a fantastic opportunity to join a new and rapidly growing business that’s delivering the future of work through intelligent process automation and disruptive technologies.

The role requires a passionate, self-starter, who’s comfortable with working in a busy and dynamic environment and managing the challenges of integration and workflow automation, with applications incorporating artificial intelligence. Responsibilities will include defining, creating, implementing and maintaining Automation (recipes/connectors) Solutions for our varied clients.

Experience requirements include:
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Good knowledge of Ruby or Python language is desirable
• Knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g.MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done

Integration Software Developer - Synaptek


This role is available within our rapidly growing Digital Innovation Division, Synaptek.
The Integration Software developer must be passionate about overcoming the challenges of platform integration and workflow automation to drive better user and customer experiences, enhance productivity and lower costs. The role requires experience of automating applications and IoT devices, incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, bots, and NLP.

Experience requirements include:
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Development methodologies
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Hands-on working experience programming in Ruby and Python
• Knowledge of NodeJS is desirable
• Knowledge of Web Services is a must
• Strong Knowledge in consuming APIs – REST/JSON, SOAP/XML is a must
• Knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g.MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems
