One year, we embraced our inner adventurers with a Crystal Maze-inspired challenge, complete with the iconic giant globe! Part challenge, part chaos, all about teamwork. This year, we took it outdoors with an orienteering course, tackling tasks across the route. Plenty of laughter, a few wrong turns, and lots of team spirit, all reinforcing how we collaborate and support each other at work.

These moments matter. They remind us that behind every automation we deliver and every AI solution we create, there’s a group of people who enjoy working together, solving problems, delighting clients and their people, and above all, having fun along the way.

Because at Spherica, our technology might be smart, but our culture is all heart, and it’s these moments that matter the most because this team spirit also reflects how we work together.
