The People Behind the Tech: Why Togetherness Matters at Spherica

At Spherica, we’re in the business of automation and AI, and how these technologies can remove repetitive work so people can focus on what really matters. But while we build intelligent solutions, we never lose sight of the fact that it’s people who make Spherica who we are.

Like an increasing number of tech companies, we work remotely. It gives us flexibility, freedom and the ability to collaborate from anywhere whilst maintaining a high-quality outcome for our clients. But we also know there’s no substitute for real, face-to-face connection. That’s why we make it a priority to come together throughout the year — not just to talk shop, but to share, have fun and strengthen the bonds that make us a team.

One year, we channelled our inner adventurers with a Crystal Maze inspired challenge, complete with a giant globe – you know the one! It was part challenge, part chaos, bags of fun, and entirely about teamwork. Hilarious teamwork at that! This year, we took things outdoors with an orienteering challenge, where we had to complete tasks scattered across the course. There was plenty of laughter, a few wrong turns, and a lot of team spirit.

These moments matter. They remind us that behind every automation we deliver and every AI solution we create, there’s a group of people who enjoy working together, solving problems, delighting clients and their people, and, above all, having fun along the way.

Because at Spherica, our technology might be smart, but our culture is all heart, and it’s these moments that matter the most because this team spirit also reflects how we work together.
